Gallophobia or Galiophobia- Fear France or French culture

Can result in the following symptoms:
breathlessness, dizziness, excessive sweating, nausea, dry mouth, feeling sick, shaking, coronary heart palpitations, inability to talk or suppose clearly, a worry of dying or changing into mad, a sensation of detachment from reality or a full blown anxiousness attack.

You are not the one one to suffer from francophobia. Most victims are surprised to learn that they’re far from alone on this surprisingly common, although often unspoken, phobia.

Francophobia is an intense fear of one thing that poses little or no actual danger and is otherwise known as gallophobia or galiophobia. While adults with francophobia realize that these fears are irrational, they often find that facing, or even desirous about facing, the dreaded situation brings on a panic attack or severe anxiety.

There is a Way Out
Imagine what your life can be like when you know that you are not “defective”. When you can be confident and at ease in conditions where you used to really feel your francophobia. And when you possibly can talk about your former francophobia signs as though you might be describing a movie the place the character is someone else, not you.

An Amazing Discovery
Several years ago, a psychologist specializing in phobias like francophobia, made an amazing discovery.
He stored up-to-date with all the leading therapies. And he tried them all. And no matter what therapy modality he tried, the cure rate of phobias like francophobia was less than 5%. Oh sure, patients made progress. But it was only incremental. And therapy took years, not months.

Let’s face it. It’s attainable that a small percentage of individuals would be “cured” even when left alone.

What was the discovery?
Here it is, and it’s called The Discovery Statement:
“The reason for all damaging emotions is a disruption in the body’s vitality system.”

Note what he didn’t say. He didn’t say that it was in your thoughts, habits, beliefs, methods or some other thing (although they do play a factor). Those are “the branches”.

The power system is “the root”. And from this root the field of Energy Psychology was born.
